EDUCATIONAL PHILOSOPHY
Every student is unique in the way they learn and I believe to properly teach students that needs to be recognized first and foremost. I believe it is needed to help keep all students on a level that is comfortable for them. Giving students a chance to progress at the speed that is good for them, without falling behind, is crucial.
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
I always have succeeded in school from the time I was young. I was in advanced classes all though high school and then went on to an Ivy League Institution. I succeeded throughout college as well, taking many advanced math and science classes.
TEACHING EXPERIENCE
Throughout high school and part of college I helped in tutoring students and working with those who needed help.
EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITIES
Throughout high school I was the NHS tutor and a member of many clubs. In college I was a research assistant as well as an active member of Advancing Women in Engineering. Through AWE, I spent time helping out with younger students as well as teaching in a middle school program for girls interested in math and science.
STANDARDIZED TEST RESULTS
I received a score of 33 on my ACT test.
