My educational philosophy is that all children can learn. As a special education teacher I had to modify my lessons several different ways to make sure that I could reach all of my students. I always want to make my students feel good about themselves.

I have a very diverse educational background. I received a Bachelor’s degree from Florida State University, a Master’s of Education from Wilmington University, and a Doctorate of Education with a concentration in Organizational Leadership from Nova Southeastern University. I also attended Rowan University to take classes to become a special education teacher. I am a certified school counselor through the NJ Department of Education.

I am a former special education teacher and guidance counselor. I have taught all subjects including math, language arts, reading, science and social studies for students in Grades 6-8. I have taught in an inclusion setting as well as in a self-contained classroom.

Extracurricular Activities include a girl scout troop leader and a volunteer coach for the Willingboro Track Club.
