EDUCATIONAL PHILOSOPHY
Teaching is an art, and I have many instructors who excelled. Thus, I am devoted to be the best instructor I can be, in order to some day give back the motivation and love for teaching that was passed on to me.
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
I received both my Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Mathematics and then my Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering. I am currently working on my Ph.D. Degree in Petroleum Engineering at the University of Alberta.
TEACHING EXPERIENCE
I was twice a seasonal instructor for the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT), teaching Fuel Cell Technologies. I was also a Teaching Assistant for Numerical Methods and Computational Fluid Dynamics at Utah State University. Outside of this, I have worked with many students as a mentor.
EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITIES
I was a committee member for the University of Alberta Energy Club and the Mechanical Engineering Graduate Student Association. I was also one of the founders of the NSBE Chapter at Utah State University. Other activities include participating in school events during the welcome weeks, etc.
