I believe that every child learns differently. It is my job as an educator to teach the child the best way that fits their learning style. I will do my best to connect with every student and offer them the learning techniques that will benefit them the most.

I have been a childcare owner/teacher for over 20 years. I am currently substitute teaching grades K-3 and also have a background in Physical education and Health. I attended Plymouth State University and studied Physical education with a health minor. I then attended Western Governors University where I will be graduating with my Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education in 2015.

I have been teaching for over 20 years in the pre-school age group, and now I will be teaching K-3rd grade. I also have experience with ADHD students.

I love to play softball! I also enjoy camping with my family and friends. I have two boys who are both very active in sports. My youngest is a senior in high school and plays football and baseball, and my oldest is a sophomore in College and is on a jet dragster race crew.
