Get Your Child Ready for MAP Assessments
SchoolTutoring Academy’s MAP Tutoring Programs start with an ACADEMIC ASSESSMENT with an Academic Director. This assessment informs your child’s MAP tutor about their abilities, strengths, and weaknesses so the tutoring program can be tailored to their specific needs. Our MAP Tutoring Program includes regular one-on-one tutoring, academic mentorship, bi-monthly progress reports, learning profiles, and parental conference calls.

Understanding
the MAP System
Missouri state testing begins in 3rd grade. Students must complete assessments annually in ELA and Mathematics from 3rd to 8th grade. Along with ELA and Mathematics, students also complete Science assessments in 5th and 8th grade. Once in high school, students must complete the End-of-Course (EOC) Assessments in Biology, Algebra I, English II, and Government. For more information on MAP assessments you can visit the Missouri Department of Elementary & Secondary Education website.
