All students learn, but they learn differently. When I can work one-on-one with a student, I can help them reach their full potential. This can involve enrichment, remediation, or simply a different explanation.

I graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s Degree in Secondary Education and Mathematics from Arizona State University in 2003. I also have taken graduate math education courses from Northern Arizona University. I have studied different learning styles and teaching techniques.

I have taught in a classroom for 2 years. I have also taught online for 8 years. I have tutored students in mathematics in person for over 3 years.

I enjoy cooking, reading, and traveling. Hiking is also a great way to spend recreational time. I enjoy spending time with family.

I received a score of 2000 on my SAT exam.
